Conditions Of Entry

We want your visit to The Ginger Factory to be a safe one.  As a condition of entry to our park please take note of the following points, failure to comply may result in refusal of entry or removal of guests from the premises. The following terms and conditions apply to all visitors and guests to The Ginger Factory (Ginger Factory) at 50 Pioneer Road, Yandina Queensland 4561 (Premises).

  1. The Ginger Factory will be open to the public at such days and hours as set by Buderim Foods Pty Ltd (BF) and shown on notice boards at the Premises or on its website. BF reserves the right to amend pricing in its absolute discretion and without prior notice.
  2. Children under 13 years must be accompanied by an adult or legal guardian (minimum 16 years old).
  3. Smoking or vaping is not permitted on the Premises.
  4. Published times of tours or attractions may vary.
  5. BF may close The Ginger Factory or any part of it, including any attraction, tour or tasting at any time and for any reason, including without limitation for adverse weather, equipment failure, maintenance and construction, or in the interests of health or safety and will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred by a guest as a result of any closure.
  6. Guests must comply with all notices, signs, safety instructions from signage and directions given by staff.
  7. Shirts and footwear must be worn at all times.
  8. Queue line jumping, offensive behaviour, stealing and vandalism will not be tolerated.
  9. Vehicles parked on the property are at your own risk. The Ginger Factory is not responsible for any loss or damage to any vehicle or their contents whilst parked on the Premises.
  10. No outside food or beverage may be bought onto The Ginger Factory Premises.
  11. No alcohol, illegal drugs, glassware, weapons, fireworks, glass bottles, blades, sharp objects or flammable liquids may be brought onto the Premises.
  12. No animals may be brought onto the Premises, except service dogs. Guide dogs and assistance animals are permitted in accordance with section 9 of the Disability Discrimination Act 1992. We also reserve the right to require evidence relating to your assistance animal or its training in accordance with section 54A(5) of the Act.
  13. Scooters, skateboards, bicycles, rollerblades or other similar equipment are not permitted on the Premises. Personal mobility devices such as prams and strollers, wheelchairs and electric mobility scooters are permitted. Wheelchairs and prams are left unattended at their owner’s risk.
  14. Flying objects such as frisbees, drones, kites, balls, inflatable or other devices are not permitted on the Premises.
  15. Guests must not enter any non-public area or any area that is designated as ‘staff only’ on the Premises.
  16. BF reserves the right to refuse entry or remove guests from the Premises for any reason in its absolute discretion, including without limitation, vandalism, stealing, offensive behaviour, failure to supervise persons under the guest’s care, failure to follow health or safety instructions or failure to comply with these conditions of entry.
  17. BF reserves the right to inspect bags at any time for security purposes.
  18. Photographs or videos taken by you must be for your own personal use and enjoyment and not for any commercial purpose.
  19. By entering the Premises you accept that we may take photographs and/or video footage of you for our commercial purposes without further permissions or compensation to you.
  20. Guests may not display anything that contains obscene, foul, profane, illegal or unacceptable language, photos, images, symbols or phrases.
  21. It is an express condition of entry and each guest’s participation in the activities conducted by BF at The Ginger Factory that each guest releases, waives and discharges BF, its officers, directors, agents and employees from all liability, claims or demands for all injuries, losses, damages of any kind or nature to person or property and to that of any minor under the guest’s supervision, while on the Premises.
  22. Video surveillance is in use on these Premises for the protection of visitors and staff alike.
  23. As an open-air park there is a multitude of natural wildlife that reside within the gardens and grounds. The Ginger Factory and its staff are not responsible for any incidents or interactions that may occur. We ask that you and persons under your supervision navigate our park with caution as there are many different surfaces and environmental conditions.
  24. BF reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions in its absolute discretion without prior notice.
  25. The Ginger Factory allows the carer of a Companion Card holder into The Ginger Factory free of charge. The card holder must pay for a ticket to their chosen experience(s). Valid Companion Cards must be presented to the team at the ticket desk on arrival.
