Gourmet Afrika – Kalahari Curry Paste w/ Ginger

A mild South African curry. Just scoop into saucepan and saute until fragrant. Add 250ml of stock and simmer. Brown meat before adding it to the sauce and let simmer until tender. Substitute with seafood or veggies & coconut milk.
