Product Notes:
Whole ginger rhizomes are allowed to mature till they reach a peak flavour before harvesting. The rhizomes are trimmed, washed, comminuted and adjusted with acetic acid to the desired pH. UHT processed and aseptically packed to preserve the fresh ginger.
