Ginger Shreds/Grated

Product Description:
A mechanical shredder is used to cut the young stem ginger to fine and even shreds after trimming and washing process. The ginger shreds are then blanched and packed in containers with a vinegar based solution with no added sugar to preserve the fresh ginger. Also available with sugar.

Recommended Uses:
A versatile product, capable of enhancing the most elaborate asian meal to simple finger food. Also a flavour enhacer in bakery products.
