Product Description:
Sugar processed ginger dusted with a fine icing mixture.
Recommended Uses:
Confectionery - Enrobed, bars, truffles, after dinner treats, panned, creams, block chocolates, clusters, fudges, popcorn and soft centred hard candy

Product Notes:
Syruped ginger is reheated in a fresh sugar syrup and drained. The surface is then dried and stabilised. Packaging is carried out, after removing excess coating, in an atmospherically controlled environment. Ginger Dusted is now ready to be enrobed without further processing.
Sizes Include:
Select Dice - described by the number of pieces per 500 grams. These include 55/85, 70/100 & 100/140.
Small Dice
Minicube - 10mm cubes dusted.
