Product Notes:
Syruped ginger is reheated in a fresh sugar syrup and drained. Crystallised ginger is then coated with finest quality castor sugar. The surface is then dried and stabilised. Packaging is carried out, after removing excess coating, in an atmospherically controlled environment.
